The book “Nouveau traité de toute l’architecture” by Jean-Louis de Cordemoy is about past but also modern designs used in architecture. It consists of three parts, each with their own chapters. Le première partie contains seven chapters, le deuxième partie contains six chapters, and lastly le troisième partie with only three chapters. The book is a lot smaller than i imagined as it has a length of 162mm, a width of 100mm and a thickness of 25mm. It has 216 pages excluding the index at the back. There are no illustrations throughout the book and it is all just text, however there are seven plans which can be unfolded in the back.
