The book “Mémoire Historie Sur le Dome du Panthéon” is divided into four main chapters. After the table of contents for the four chapters, there is an introductory text which introduces the book. The four main chapters are divided into sub-chapters, which are not listed in the table of contents. The first letter of each new main chapter is written in capital letters. The subtitles are introduced by a title, which is distinguished from the normal text by the size of the text. The page numbering is located in the headline of the book and is therefore easy to read. The large and beautiful pages of the book are only half filled with text, which gives the book a certain character. Plans are linked at the edge of the text and thus the connection between text and plan is established. The book is not accompanied by pictures. All necessary plans are at the end of the book. It has neither pictures nor sketches but only plans of the Pantheon Cathedral. Because of the possibility to unfold the pictures, they are very well readable for the viewer and therefore no important details are overlooked. The plans have corresponding titles and are linked in the text. So they only serve for research in the background and are not in the center of the book. There is also no clear directory for the pictures. They are only numbered and can be found. Consequently, the exciting text is accompanied by the plans at the end. Since the plans are at the end of the book and can be folded out, they do not take up much space. It is therefore advisable to consult the plans during the book for understanding. It can be said that the plans serve as a reference book and support the text with pictorial understanding. The expert can thus better imagine the situation.
