First of all, here are the different pages I have chosen. The first one is at the very beginning of the book before the only ten pages written. This page is therefore very important because it is there to introduce the rest. On a single picture we see the five different orders that will be discussed during the whole book: The Tuscan, Doric, Ionic, Corinthian and Composite orders. Then, I focused on the Doric order which is the oldest Greek order. I chose two pictures that show its characteristics. We see the fluted columns where the style of the capital and stylobate is often quite pure, simple and without decorations characterized by the triglyphs.
