I found your book by searching for keywords like „rome“ and „illustration“.
The first thing I noticed being similar with my book „Opera di Francesco Borromino“, composed by Sebastiano Giannini and your book „II Nuovo Splendore delle fabriche in prospettiva di roma moderna“, is the optical appearance. Both books are rather slim and tall. They were produced at about the same time and are filled with illustrations.
I noticed, that your book also has many illustrations of catherdrals etc.
It instantly reminded me of our building and I was wondering, wether the opera of Francesco Borromino is also in your book.
A big difference between your book and ours though is, that you not only have one subject to cover, but many different subjects from that time.

I found your book by searching for keywords like «Zeichnung» , «Details» and «Merkmale».
The first thing I also noticed with your book is, that your book «Studio di architettura civile» by Ferdinando Ruggieri, also mostly consists of Illustrations with little to no written text.
Other than our book «Opera di Francesco Borromino» by Sebastiano Giannini, which illustrates an opera in rome, your book shows many different details of civilian architectual elements like stairs, windows etc.
A huge differnce is also, that you have people illustrated in your book whilst ours only shows the buildings.
But I think that our books can be used really well in order to see how the people lived back in the days.
With yours being the civilian part and ours being the monumental part.
