In this picture one can see a detail of the staircase. There is no further information about the illustrated detail, but it’s visible that it’s the emblem of the Bourbons, who were the rulers of France at the time.
This illustration about the sealing over the Stairs is at the end of the Book and has a lot of pages to make notes next to it. It’s the only time the sealing is shown in the book.
The last two pages of the Book are the only pages, which are in color. They aren’t similar to the rest of the book in any way.
The illustrations could have a hierarchy, done by the amount of pages left blanc after them. These Pages are most likely meant for notes.
