The book is leather bound and appears used. But it is not as thick as I thought it was going to be.
I chose this page because the technicality of this drawing appealed to me and I like the transparency composition of the drawing because you can see how it is build.
This page appealed to me because I like the look of the building on the outside and the technicality of the pipes.
