Martino Bassi, Dispareri in Materie d’Architettura, et Prespettiva
- I chose this page because I found its structure interesting. Initially the lines are linear and of the same length, then they narrow, widen and finally narrow again until there is only room for one word.
- The second page is a drawing showing a room and some of its features. I chose it because the shadows and objects present caught my eye.
I imagined the physical book to be very different: thick and big, whereas it is a small and fine book. The beautiful brown leather cover seems to have protected the pages well and on the side there is a golden heading with a part of the author’s name and title.
