By opening the first page of every big chapter is at the top an ornament over the entire width.
The big title of the chapter is around 50 points tall. The under title something around 30 points. Following the under title there is a little one phrased introduction, this introduction must be around 20-24 points tall. Both titles are written in big letters and are with the introduction centered.
The normal texts which is around 16-18 points tall begins with one big and richly decorated letter.
The font is similar to or is Times New Roman.
The page number is in the upper outer corner of every page. On the same line as the pages number is either the title of the book in big letters or a title to the part of the book.
The text is indented very far (around 3-4 centimeters) from the edge of the book and sometimes the theme of the paragraph is mentioned in that space.
The first row of a paragraph is also indented.
The book has respect to the amount of text not that many pictures. Mostly they are architectural drawings for example house elevations, cuts, detail drawings and perspective drawings. The drawings are very detailed and have an eye on aesthetics.
Text and drawings are not (sometimes) combined. They mostly follower after one chapter. One drawing occupies either a full-page for itself or are added pages to unfold.
The drawings are not numbered or have not any references or legends.
