For my first attempt, I searched “Palladio”, as Enea Arnaldi was known to comment on Palladio’s topics and themes regarding Vitruvian ideas and orders.

I stumbled upon the book “The Architecture of Palladio” by Leoni Giacomo. I found it interesting how the initial representation of the book looks very similar the our own book from Arnaldi, however it seems like the format may be of the bigger size. The book also has many illustrations of architectural elements, mainly of the Vitruvian orders, rather than ground and section plans (at least from what I could gather).
For my second attempt, I searched the word “Italian”, as I wanted to try to find other book written in the same language that may or may not have connections with our book from Enea Arnaldi.

I found the book titled “Della Magnificenza ed Architettura de’ Romani”. The author, Giovanni Battista Piranesi, lived around the same time as Enea Arnaldi. However, this book discusses the difference between Greek and Roman architecture and tries to argue the superiority of the latter, rather than just presenting said architecture. Nevertheless, both book heavily use the depictions of building through illustrations to help the reader understand their ideas and arguments.
