Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to physically meet the book because it is under high protection and not available for the public.
I still found on the website of The Metropolitan Museum of Art the dimensions of the book: 39×26.5×5 cm

I decided to choose these two pages in order to illustrate two different aspects of the book. First we have an introduction, kind of scientific, to explain how the eyes work and define perspective. The author also believes that Portuguese have a better vision than others, which I found amusing. The second page is one of the several theory chapter to learn how to draw with perspective.
