The book’s cover doesn’t contain anything noticeable and is plainly designed using only one single whitish colour. It doesn’t speak to anyone unless someone opens it up to see its’ content. Thus, it seems to be a mysterious book. It possesses chapters but doesn’t actually tell a story. When flipping through the book one may notice that only one page of the two open pages is filled in. Though there are some pages, where both sites complement each other and fill in the whole two pages. The book contains only drawings, which have been precisely executed using a very fine black liner and possibly pencil. All drawings have an inhuman amount of detailing. The drawing’s great amount of detail which is present in the work of different artists mentioned in the book looks very eyecatching.
The Book itself mostly contains architectural plans and detailed drawings of old buildings, which may still call for a sense of familiarity. Even though the drawings mostly focus on the architectural part of the drawings, the artists never leaves out any sort of vegetation and also draws the sky and nature in great detail, which is also one of the reasons why I personally find this book interesting.
